Presented by the Law Firm of Williams Mullen, Senior Connections, The Capital Area Agency on Aging, and the County of Henrico. Free Legal Documents such as Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney and Medical Directives will be prepared for Henrico County residents age 55 and over or anyone with a medical disability. No cost to participants. All documents will be executed on-site. Legal services are provided by volunteer attorneys in a confidential setting. Income requirements: Single Person in Household: $2,792/Month or Less; Two People per Household: $3,782/Month or Less.
