Senior Connections, The Capital Area Agency on Aging's Information and Assistance receives approximately 25,000 phone calls annually from seniors and caregivers seeking assistance. Requests for assistance are also received via our website. The Agency's Intake Staff responds to these request to provide the information and/or assistance sought. In some cases, those seeking assistance may be referred to other community resources.
