Senior Connections, The Capital Area Agency on Aging's Information and Assistance Services receives approximately 19,000 calls annually from seniors and caregivers seeking assistance. The Agency's Intake Staff responds to these calls by providing the needed information and/or assistance. In some cases, callers may be referred to other community resources.
