Senior Connections, The Capital Area Agency on Aging's Information and Assistance
Program receive approximately 25,000 phone calls annually from seniors and caregivers
seeking assistance. Requests for assistance are also received via our website (see
"CONTACT US.") The Agency's Intake Staff respond to these requests by providing the
information and assistance sought, or by referrals to appropriate community resources.
Information and Assistance help seniors locate services that best fit
